Kerry Maggart and her sis, Deb Eggers, were on the way from Louisiana and Texas, and headed to their aunt’s 100th birthday party, but when they got to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, they were told they missed their connecting flight. They also found out there were no available rental cars. Having 400 more miles to go, Kerry contacted Uber in desperation, not expecting that a driver would be willing to make such a long trek. She was wrong… a driver said he would take them, and was on the way. When Kerry got the notification on her app, she had to post it to social media, saying “When your Aunt turns 100, weather causes you to miss the connecting flight, and no rental cars in entire city of Minneapolis...you get creative! My sister and I requested Uber for a 400 hour drive and look who answered our plea… Jesus!” The driver’s name was Jesus and he gladly took the two ladies the rest of the way. Kerry said it the trip cost $216 and she tipped Jesus $54!
