emergencyhelpfromjjLast week Kevin told you about the man who delivered pizza to a dying man over three hours away. Now, the story of a delivery driver who ended up saving someone’s life! Lisa Nagengast had been in Omaha, NE for three days to help her brother Greg after spinal fusion surgery. Just as she landed at the airport in Tampa, FL, her brother called her to say he was in pain and his left leg went numb. Greg is a veteran living on disability and didn't have Department of Veterans Affairs' approval to call an ambulance, so Lisa tried to call a VA social worker and ended up getting a Jimmy John's sandwich shop! To make a long story short, the boss had a delivery driver pick Greg up and take him to the hospital emergency room. So another random act hero saves a life and Greg is home doing well.
