Kainen is a 7th grader who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of one, so he's quadriplegic and been in a wheelchair most of his life. Back in March, he was on vacation with his family in Florida when he pointed out to his dad Chris, there was a guy on the beach in a track chair. Kainen’s wheelchair weighed a few hundred pounds and wouldn’t work well when it’s wet or on soft surfaces. An Action Trackchair can go on just about any surface. So Chris introduced himself and Kainen to the man and he even got to try it out! It was Kainen's first time on sand. But that’s not the end of the story. The man pulled Chris aside and asked him to let him do something special for Kainen. When they got home from vacation, Kainen got a brand new Track Chair! Talk about being a random act hero! Check out the video of Kainen seeing it for the first time. BTW, the donor said he doesn't need recognition and decided to stay anonymous.
