If you haven’t heard, the movie Black Panther has broken all kinds of records, making it the highest-grossing solo/non-sequel superhero movie of all time. It’s made almost a billion dollars world-wide! Last month, actress Letitia Wright, who plays T’Challa’s little sister, Shuri, said in an interview that she almost missed out on being in the movie. Letitia said “I was going through a difficult time in my life and began to idolize acting. I knew I needed to take a break from acting and take a journey to discover my relationship with God, and I became a Christian.” She went on to say that after she gave up her will, she was offered the gigantic role in Black Panther.
