Josh Wilson recently started a Go Fund Me page for his guitar player Nathan Johnson. Nathan’s wife Megan gave birth to a healthy baby girl last month, then died six hours later from heart complications. Josh made a request for folks to read Nathan and Megan’s story, and then give to help reach the $40,000 goal. He wanted to raise enough to get Nathan off the road for at least six months, and cover his bills and meals. But amazingly, they not only reached the goal in less than 24 hours… they raised $251,000! Josh said “This page has been live for less than 24 hours. You all have raised a quarter of a million dollars. I can’t quit crying. Nathan and Eilee, we love you. Meg, we miss you. I’m raising the goal again. We’re sending this girl to college!” The campaign has since hit over $410,000! See the rest of the story.
